Here are some Ball Handling Keys to take note of while practicing these drills:1. Pound the ball hard 🏀2. Dribble with your fingers 🖐3. Athletic Stance 💪4. Eyes up 👀The duration of the training would take about 10 – 12 minutes and all you need is 2 basketballs and a 1 metre radius around you! How convenient is that!
