Donations made at the time of registration have the ability to assist not only the club but also the donor as all donations in excess of $2 are tax deductable.

The Derwent Hockey Club is a family hockey club established in 1935. We have over 20 teams, with our top men&#39;s and women&#39;s sides competing in the Tasmanian Premier League. Your charitable donation at time of registration enables benefactors to receive tax deductions for their donations. Funds from donations go towards the following projects:<ol><li>Junior Development Pathways and high-performance programs for senior players</li><li>Purchasing and Upgrading sports equipment</li><li>Participation Programs</li><li>Coaching and support staff costs</li></ol>Through the club&#39;s fundraising partnership with the Australian Sports Foundation, donations over $2 are tax deductible.
