The Ice Crocs are back — and for the first time in six years, an Australian Peewee ice hockey team made up of talented young players from four states, including NSW, has been invited to the world-famous Quebec International Pee-Wee Tournament. This is the biggest and most prestigious U13 hockey tournament on the planet — and being invited is an incredible honour for Australia! The opportunity to play at this tournament has been a instrumental in developing a pathway for our players to play at an elite level. Many former players from the Ice Crocs have gone on to represent Australia on our World Championships teams, play in the AIHL and on overseas teams. But ice hockey is one of the most expensive sports in our country. With limited rinks, high ice-time costs, and massive travel distances, our families shoulder huge expenses just to keep our kids on the ice — let alone send them across the world to represent Australia.We’re asking for your support to help cover airfares, uniforms, team costs, and tournament expenses so these hardworking kids can live their dream, carry Australia onto the global stage, and show the hockey world what our country can do.
