Athletes! ⛹️‍♀️⛹️For the first episode of our Basketball Hawthorn Online Training Program, we will be doing Ball Handling! Here are some Ball Handling Keys to take note of while practicing these drills:1. Pound the ball hard 🏀2. Dribble with your fingers 🖐3. Athletic Stance 💪4. Eyes up 👀The duration of the training would take about 10 – 12 minutes and all you need is 2 basketballs and a 1 metre radius around you! How convenient is that!
