At Fitzroy Lions, our goal is to remove the barriers that prevent young people from accessing sport – whether those challenges are financial, cultural or logistical. 

We provide our participants with uniforms free of charge and cover their registration fees to play in Football Victoria's community leagues. We rely on grants, sponsorship and generous donations from the public to operate, and 100% of your donation goes towards our players.

FLSC is growing year on year, with more and more kids wanting to become Lions. Last season we finished up with 80 children on a waiting list, hoping to play in 2025.

To help pay for team entries, registration and uniforms, we’re running a community crowdfunding campaign. With your support, we can keep making football free and accessible for all.

Whatever you can spare will make a big difference. $10, $20, $30 – it all goes towards getting more kids out on the field every week. $350 covers a player's cost for a whole season, while $4,200 sponsors an entire Miniroos team.
