Implement initiatives to improve player welfare, including mental health support services, injury prevention programs, and access to medical resources for players at all levels, both past and present.

Equity, diversity and inclusion

Develop initiatives to promote inclusivity and diversity within the rugby community, including outreach programs to underrepresented groups, such as women and girls, regional communities, and people with disabilities.

Education and skill development

Provide scholarships, grants, and educational opportunities to support the academic and skill development of rugby players, coaches, and administrators, both past and present.
