Established in 1987, the Helensvale Rugby Union Club, also know as "The Hogs" is a grassroots sporting club providing opportunities for members of the local community, of all ages, to get involved in a structured competition, improving their health and well-being while providing them with valuable life skills via organised and coordinated rugby training programs.
The Club works to align the Junior Club with the Senior Club which has a long and proud history of success in the suburban rugby community. The number of registered players at the club in 2017 included 247 juniors, 63 women and 136 seniors across 23 teams and this number is growing annually.
