St Catherine's School Sports Fund

St Catherine's School established in 1856 is the oldest Anglican girls school in Australia with 1050 students from Kindergarten to Year 12 including 65 boarders. St Catherine's is a member of the Independent Girls' Schools Sports Association (IGSSA) for senior school and the Independent Primary Sports Heads' Association (IPSHA) for junior school and joins 28 other independent schools to compete in carnivals and team sports. Competitive team sport is offered to Years 3 to 12. Funds raised will support increased participation and opportunities for St Catherine's girls to complement their academic achievements and help them reach their full potential. The acquisition of specialist equipment and elite training and coaching will ensure the girls are best prepared for both competitive dance and sport.

We plan to centre our fundraising programs around community participation and activities. We believe building engagement with our school community will encourage philanthropic support of our sports programs.
