Magic United Player Pathways 2024 Magic United aim to provide professional development and football pathways to children of all abilities. Players also need equipment to train with. Football in Australia is often run and coached by volunteers who have no history in the game of football themselves. Magic wish to provide an option for families that love football to be in an environment where every child is coached by a qualified coach and where every coach coaches the kids in the same pathway. Where all kids know all coaches and where all coaches know all kids and everyone is celebrated within a true football community. This has enormous benefits for the sport. All too often in football kids feel there is no pathway for them after hitting the age of 11 or 12, if they don't make a rep team or an Academy (NPL) team they are usually lost to Rugby Union, League or AFL as they have not felt any future in the sport they are playing. Younger children need to see from an early age that this pathway exists and need to be in an environment where their love of football is celebrated and they are given the skills and pathways to continue enjoying the sport into adulthood. Our aim is to support, encourage, develop and promote rugby, thereby ensuring the long term future of Gordon Rugby as a leading and innovative club in Sydney. The Principles of the Friends of Gordon Foundation are. 1. To promote the playing of rugby. 2. To optimize the playing success of the Gordon Rugby Club. 3. To optimize and ensure the financial strength and stability of the Gordon Rugby Football Club Ltd. 4. To support and promote the development of players and coaches. 5. To support the administration of the Rugby Club and its rugby program. 6. To help procure and advance the Rugby Club’s equipment and facilities. 7. To promote the history and traditions of the Gordon Rugby Club. 8. To set as a priority the building up of the Foundation’s capital base so as to provide a “Future Fund” for the Gordon Rugby Football Club. 9. To promote rugby within the local communities associated with Gordon Rugby Football Club and specifically with those Junior Rugby clubs established within those local communities (the Gordon Junior Rugby clubs) where feasible and appropriate. 10. Share in the Monders' Spirit The Ormond Amateur Football Club has partnered with the Australian Sports Foundation to enable all payments to the 'Share in the Monders' Spirit' Campaign to be fully tax deductible. The ' Share in the Monders' Spirit ' Campaign has the vision for Ormond to be the football club of choice in the Ormond and surrounding area, and the mission to exist for footballers and our community to experience a sense of belonging. A significant reserve fund will be the important foundation from which Ormond will progress to Premier B and Premier A, with sustainable club operations, an elite coaching and player development program, player wellbeing program, excellent facilities, and a rock solid association with the Ormond Juniors. The Ormond Amateur Football Club has set up the ' Share in the Monders' Spirit ' Campaign, where contributions will be used to support the operations of the Club and to develop a financial reserve. This will ensure that the Club is able to invest in the necessary personnel, equipment, and facilities, to offer player health and wellbeing programs consistent with the Club's values, in order to turn the aspiration of continued success into reality. Our aim today, 91 years since our formation, is to continue to build on the solid foundations of those who have come before us, and ensure the revered traditions of our proud Club remain strong. Perth Bayswater Development Fund Perth-Bayswater is one of the oldest operational rugby clubs in Western Australia, founded in 1905. Our Club continues to maintain a strong focus on inclusiveness and building a rich family culture. We have one of the strongest Junior Clubs in the competition fielding over 200 boys and girls every season, a Senior Club fielding teams in Premier Grade down to Third grade and this season we are looking to bring back our Ladies team, 18’s team & our 20’s team. On top of this we have a Golden Oldies Team and looking further afield, we hope to include an All Abilities team in the very near future. Walking Track Maintenance The Great South West Walk (GSWW) was created by Portland High School Yr 10 students and their families in 1981-1982 and was opened in 1983, when the Friends of the Great South West Walk was formed to manage the walk into the future. The GSWW leaves Portland and heads west through the magnificent Cobboboonee Forest to the SA border, where it meets the Glenelg River. Following the river south, the walk passes through the small hamlet of Nelson at its mouth, then begins the return journey along the wild beaches of Discovery Bay. After a short detour through the Mt Richmond National Park, the walk returns to the coast and the rugged cliffs of Cape Bridgewater, before following the track through Cape Nelson and Cape Grant and the return to Portland. Throughout the walk there are 14 walker campsites spaced between 10 - 20km apart. The Friends of the GSWW volunteers maintained this Walk and have done so continuously since 1983, with teams of dedicated maintenance crews out on the track Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays 50 weeks of the year, along with other days for Landcare and specific projects. All donations made through the Australian Sports Foundation are tax deductible and would be greatly appreciated.

The Great South West Walk is a looped walk of 250km and includes the region's most spectacular forests, rivers, beaches and cliffs, stretching west from Portland to the SA border and returning around the coast.

LHC Rowing Athlete Development Lourdes Hill College (LHC) Rowing aims to raise funds to support the development of our rowers and coaching staff through various fundraising initiatives. Donations to the Athlete Development Fund will be used for a variety of activities to support rower development. This will help to prepare LHC Rowers well for the 2024 season. Any donation of $2 or more paid through the Australian Sports Foundation is tax deductible.

The Uncoachables Coaching the Uncoachables Academy 2020-2024 Seasons BlowFly Cricket actively develops our 'Uncoachables Coaching the Uncoachables ' coaches, firstly through the completion of the Cricket Australia Accredited Community (formerly Level 1) Course and then ongoing mentorship and experiential learning at various BlowFly Cricket Coaching Clinics held at: Sony Foundation Children’s Holiday Camps, Wheelchair Sports NSW Children’s School Holidays Camps, various specialised and mainstream schools and also WPHCCC Junior Blaster Centre, Coaches’ Association School Holiday Clinics, Schools programs supported by Cricket NSW, Inclusive Sports Days held at public schools supported by local councils and various bodies. With more and more experience and exposure our coaches develop increased levels of self-esteem, self-confidence, self-belief, assertive skills and maturation. Not to overlook the monetary payments for their time and effort. COVID-19 has had a significant impact on all parts of the community, especially regarding physical contact and interaction. This project is in light of the need for online aspects of coaching training and development, which also includes safe infection control and hygiene practices, and in response to our growing number of centres and increasing need for more incredible coaches. Pleasingly, we had seven (7) new CA Accredited Community Coaches join our ranks in January 2023. This is a fantastic achievement which augurs well for the progressive nature of this unique and highly acclaimed inclusive, all-abilities coaching program. Challenge Stream VEO Project Hi all, I hope this email finds you well and that you have enjoyed a restful and enjoyable break. The purpose of this communication is to send an expression of interest for Donations to purchase two New VEO Cameras for the Challenge stream. As you know the cameras are an extremely valuable tool for post match analysis for team, player and coaching development. It also greatly assists the Football Department in the construction of individual development plans and team objectives. I appreciate that you have all given so much to the program in time and money already, but I/we truly believe this to be a worthy cause for the betterment of the program. Waverley Rugby Football and Sporting Club We are a local rugby club located in the heart of the Waverley community. The Club has a proud 50 year history in NSW Suburban Rugby Union. In the past, the club has been very successful, winning both grand finals and Club Championships across all divisions and grades. Our aim is to return the club to these wonderfully successful times, to help increase further our engagement with the local community and increase participation across all of our men's, women's and colts' grades. This fundraising initiative was launched in 2015 as a part of our 'March to Kentwell' campaign with the intention of being a vehicle to fundraise for the investment in equipment, coaching, colts (under 21s), administration resources, infrastructure and other resources necessary to support the growth of the club over the coming decade. The Club has seen significant on and off field growth and success since implementation of this ASF fundraising initiative in 2015 which is a testament to the value of the project.
