Elite Acrobatic Gymnasts Aaron Mavro and Madison Farley have been selected onto the Australian team and will be traveling overseas to attend the World Championships and World Cup series, both hosted in Portugal later this year.

The pair have have shown discipline, commitment and consistency throughout 2023 and with an impressive track record being undefeated in the country the pair have earnt themselves a spot on the Australian team. 

In April 2023, Aaron and Madi competed in America at the Vegas Acro Cup, showcasing their talent to the competition and bringing home 3 Gold medals. 

Listed below are some more of the pairs achievements:

• 1st place at the 2023 Vegas Acro Cup 

• 1st place at the 2023 State Championships (NSW)

• 1st place at the 2023 National Championships (QLD)

• 1st Place at 2023 National Clubs Carnival (QLD)

• 1st place at the World Trials selection (NSW)

• 1st place at the 2024 State Championships

• 2023/2024 Australian Team Members

Acrobatic Gymnastics is not an Olympic sport therefore government support is not accessible. 

All costs including flights, accomodation, uniforms, leotards, competition fees and many other associated costs falls onto the athletes and their families.
