Aaron has been playing bocce since he was 15yrs of age as a member of Liverpool Catholic Club Bocce. Just a year later, in 2018, Aaron represented Australia at the World Junior Bocce Championships held in China, competing in the Doubles Competition. Since then, Aaron has continued to represent NSW as a junior having competed in Wollongong, Queensland and Victoria, taking out national titles in 2022, 2023 and 2024.
Aaron once again went on to represent Australia in 2022, competing in Montbrison, France.
In 2024, Aaron competed at the Bocce Australian Championships in Melbourne, resulting in very successful tournament, taking out U’23 Australian Champion in the Bowl Throw, Progressive Throw and Singles. He was runner up in the Precision Shooting and Rapid Relay.
Aaron has now qualified to compete at the 2024 World Junior Bocce Championships to be held in Puerto Rico in December this year.
Bocce is a self- funded sport, your support will contribute to Aaron’s travel, accommodation, equipment and uniform costs. Donations are 100% tax deductible made through the Australian Sports Foundation.
