My name is Ada Nebauer. A few weeks ago, I qualified to contest the individual canoe event (V1) for open women, representing Australia, at the World Championships. I also hope to qualify in the 6 women crew for this event. I have been racing outrigger canoe events for 7 years and have contested the last 3 World Championship events, winning the 19u Girls V1 in 2019, and was the silver medalist in the 19u World Sprint event in 2022. I am currently studying Sports Science at ACU in Brisbane while living and training on the Sunshine Coast.
