Adelaide Rush competes in the Australian Women's Ice Hockey League (AWIHL). The AWIHL is the premiere national competition for female Ice Hockey and the pathway for National Women's Team representation. The Adelaide Rush provides local women and girls with the opportunity to compete at the highest level, as well as providing development opportunities for young aspiring talent.

Competing in the AWIHL comes at a significant cost. Our players are self funded and through fundraising efforts throughout the season, we aim to reduce the financial burden on our players. Money raised through these initiatives will contribute to the overall team costs associated with interstate travel and ground transport, ice time, uniforms and training related expenses.
