Our objective is to raise enough funds to compete in all 5 rounds of the Australian Karting national championships held in SA, VIC, NSW & QLD. Our goal of $10k will go towards the entry fees for all rounds, transportation & the tyre fees required per round. There are still the travel & accommodation fees to consider but we are hoping to be able to cover that ourselves. This fund is purely just so we can race 😊

A bit about Alana - she is 11 yrs old from rural south eastern Victoria. Being one of very few females in the sport she has been super successful in the past few years, to list just a few achievements -

*Winning Oakleigh club Championship twice in 2022 & 2024 - also awarded cadet club Karter of the year both times.

*Victorian state Karter of the year back to back in 2023 & 2024.

*1st place in 2 of the 5 races at the Australian Karting Championships round ran at Oakleigh in August 2024 which is a mega achievement.

*First female ever to win a round at the Australian Summer series in November 2024 at Todd rd kart track, Melbourne in a large field of over 20 boys.

*2nd overall in the Victorian Country series for 2024, a large event held over 6 rounds in Victoria with around 24 boys in her class racing each time.

*Pink plate Champion 2023.

*Australasian kart titles Red plate winner 2023.

*Invited & attended Iron Dames young talent karting camp in Franciacorta Italy in 2024, 1 of 20 invited from around the world.

We now know it's time to step up and race in the biggest, most prestigious event - the Australian Karting Championships held throughout the country. Her goal naturally is to win the Championship and go on to pursue her career in Karting & Motorsport further.
