Hello! My name is Amonrat 'Nid' Jamporn, I'm 28 years old from Sydney Australia. In 2015 I was involved in a motorbike accident with serious injuries which resulted in an above knee amputation of my left leg. Since then I have developed a passion for Badminton and I competed in my first tournament in 2018 and was recently selected to be part of the Australian Para Badminton National Squad.

​My love for this sport has continued to flourish, and my most notable achievements include:

• Two Silver medals at 2022 Para Badminton Oceania Championships
• Bronze at 2022 Para Badminton Indonesia International
• Quarter-finals at the 2022 Tokyo Para Badminton World Championships

My dream is to compete at the 2024 Paris Summer Paralympic Games and to turn my dream into a reality I will need to compete in multiple international tournaments to acquire a world ranking within the top 6. I believe I have the ability to accomplish this, however, this requires substantial financial support to cover tournament expenses such as flights and accommodations.
