A bit about Andrew

Andrew Barnett is a professional rider, NCAS Level 2 Showjumping & Eventing Coach and all round good guy! Originally he was a Grand Prix show jumper before making the very successful transition across to Eventing. Andrew & his partner Tarsha run a high performance eventing facility (Werakata Farm) in the heart of the beautiful Hunter Valley, NSW. 

He has ridden numerous horses at both 3* and 4* level, and some of his recent accolades include:

• Winner of Sydney CCI4*L 3DE
• NSW EA Horse of the year
• Willinga Park CCI4*S- 2nd
• Tamworth CCN4*S - 1st

A bit about Tosca

• 12 yr old, WB/TB, Gelding
• Co-owned between Andrew, Tarsha and Tosca’s breeders, Sue, Bill and Kate Burnheim.

Now for the exciting news!

Andrew & Go Tosca have decided to go all out. This dynamic duo will be jetting off to the UK from mid-April, where they’ll compete in a series of events across Europe. Their goal? To gain selection for the 2024 Paris Olympic Games. 

However, to turn this dream into reality, they need our support. Any generous contribution will help subsidise the significant costs for agistment, travel, and competition fees. 

Andrew, a dedicated and hard working equestrian, is eager to represent his country & fly the Aussie colours at the upcoming Olympic Games.
