Hello, my name is Angus and I am a Cross Country runner based in Sydney. I have been invited to represent Australia in number of Cross Country events in the USA this September. My team and I will be competing with some of the best middle-distance runners in the States of Nevada and Arizona. I’m looking forward to meeting these athletes and to the opportunity to train and compete at an international level.
As well as working to save my own money for this, I am asking friends and family to support me with this amazing opportunity by donating to help with the funds needed for me to travel and compete. Thank you for your support, I’ll keep you posted on how my training and preparation is going. You may see me out in the neighbourhood as I will be covering a lot of kilometres before September!
