Athletes for Life exists to empower athletes – current and transitioned – to productively use sport as a vehicle for change in society. From former elite sports people running marathons for various charities, to using their lived experience – alongside positive psychology principles in our online conditioning programs – Athletes for Life’s mission is to be the change agent for sports philanthropy in Australia. 

We seek to help former athletes inspire the next generation through their inspiring stories of undertaking challenges in retirement and by prioritising their emotional and physical well-being to tackle marathons around the globe for various charities. The way we use athlete influence is a powerful vehicle for long-term individual and social change made possible by our online conditioning programs that provides insight into the athlete mindset, overcoming adversity and establishing a continuous growth mindset to empower participants to enact next-level transformation.
