The 2025 season for White Water Raft Racing is looking very exciting. Our Australian Open Women’s crew, the River Roos, will contain members from both our 2023 and 2024 Open crews who were very successful at the 2023 and 2024 World Championships and are currently ranked 4^th in the World. These enthusiastic ladies are ready to kick off their representative duties for Australia in 2025 starting with the Pacific Cup in NZ in February.

Rafting is a small unfunded sport in Australia and our competitors must largely pay their own way when they travel and race Nationally and Internationally. Any support that can be offered to assist our Open Women’s Crew take on the world again in 2025 would be very greatly appreciated.

White Water Rafting is one of the world's fastest growing adventure sports with over 30 million people actively involved. The International Rafting Federation is currently made up of more than 50 Nations, with representative teams participating in regular elite level competition. The four disciplines of raft racing are Sprint, Head to Head, Slalom and Downriver Marathon.
