- Funding for a casual (contract basis) BACT Junior Development Officer to take the lead in junior development through direct promotion of the sport, outreach and coaching in clubs, schools and elsewhere, and the development of high-performance junior teams to represent the ACT at national junior events.
- Provide funding for BACT to provide further subsidies for ACT junior teams to attend various national events, including for team shirts and assistance in travel costs.
- Assist in the funding, including any subsidies to individuals, to enable Badminton Australia (BA) to lead the training of ACT junior team members.
