Please help us take our Blacktown Storm 16’s girls to the Nunawading Basketball tournament in June 2024 - Together We Reign Fundraiser 

The City of Blacktown Basketball Association is taking our under 16’s girls to the Nunawading Basketball tournament in June 2024. As a community-run not-for-profit association we are committed to our values of supporting young girls to be active and develop their skills, character and leadership. We know that participation in the team sport of basketball provides those opportunities, and we strive to ensure that every player can participate without the burden of financial considerations. Our girls are from the Blacktown local area and without our fundraising efforts, they won’t get to experience an amazing weekend together growing, becoming leaders on and off the court and being involved in the biggest basketball tournament in Australia every year.

Blacktown Storm Together We Reign is a fund set up to be used to help support players in our community experiencing financial hardship so they can continue to play the game they love and attend the tournament. We are aiming to take 20 girls and enter two teams into the tournament.

Our community is united in raising the funds to support our girls in basketball and showing our girls that we can do anything because Together We Reign.

We encourage our players to always do their best, never give up, demonstrate good sportsmanship, respect for others and teamwork. We know many of you are doing it tough at the moment, but we ask those of you who can, to make a donation and support the families in our community and help ensure basketball continues to be accessible to all.

Any donations big or small will make a difference and all donations are tax deductible.
