BlowFly Cricket is a progressive, inclusive and supportive association established for children and adults with intellectual disabilities and/or special needs. We seek to enrich the lives of our players, volunteers, and siblings through the encouragement of positive self-esteem, confidence and empowerment. This is most achievable through the introduction of our annual Christmas parties at all centres.

BlowFly Cricket's annual Christmas party strives to instil goodwill and provide all-ability children and adults with the opportunity to celebrate the act of giving and receiving. Our visits from Santa, or in the case of 2020, Lady Santa generate a tone of joy, interest and delight.

Our volunteers, siblings and carers are included in our gift giving as we see great importance in celebrating, recognising and rewarding our volunteers for their participation and assistance.

Any contributions made to this fundraiser will go directly to the equipment, uniforms, playing aids and kits that we would like to gift our players, siblings and volunteers for Christmas 2021. The Management Committee have determined the rising expenditure needs to be identified as a clear cost centre in order for funds to be raised to adequately manage the increasing expenditure.
