The Brothers Ruby Development fund aims to make the playing of rugby accessible to everyone and ensure the development of their rugby skills is central to their enjoyment of playing the game.

The fund supports a number of initiatives, including;

Scholarship programs

• St Pius X Chatswood Rugby Foundation
• Rugby education scholarships

Sports Accessibility Programs

• Playing fee subsidies to ensure rugby is a low cost participation sport
• Injured player support

Player Development

• Creation of Player academies
• Focused player development programs
• Strength and conditioning coaching

Coaching Development

• Funding of Coaching courses for our members
• Provide support for ruby education programs

New Equipment:

• Game analysis tools and video equipment
• Training equipment
  • Tackle mats, Breakdown training kits, Strength bands, etc
• Medical equipment
