HOW TO GET INVOLVED
Be part of something special and leave your legacy with Byron Bay FC.
We are calling on community contributions to cover the shortfall of up to $500,000 for the new Clubhouse. With over $850,000 raised through Government Grants, Council contributions and earlier crowdfunding programs – we are up to $500,000 short of completing this important community facility. With over 600 registered players our facilities are in desperate need of an upgrade. We are calling on our generous Byron community to help make this become a reality. Those that donate will receive permanent recognition of their contribution within the building, forever!

The best teams in the world start with the best 11. We want to do the same. We are looking for the strongest 11 to help our dreams become a reality. This is a unique opportunity to show your support for this crucial community project, and your name will be on an honour board in the Clubhouse forever. Why a Clubhouse?
The clubhouse will become a hub that we can share with our footballing family and the broader Byron Bay community. It will be a home that brings people together. A meeting place. By raising the funds by June 2022 we can commence the final phase of building and have the Clubhouse complete in time for the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup. With Australia and New Zealand winning hosting rights we have an incredible opportunity to showcase and highlight some of the World’s best athletes but also inspire the next generation of Matildas, Socceroos and Pararoos. Byron Bay FC aims to be an official live site for the FIFA Women’s World Cup, showing all games live, bringing the community together and creating a once in a lifetime opportunity.
Our Clubhouse will feature the following:
- New administration offices for Byron Bay FC
- New service kitchen for use on match & training days and fund-raising events.
- A multi-use space for sports-related injury treatment.
- A general-purpose hall for BBFC meetings and general occupation, along with use for local community groups and fund-raising events.
- Function space for Members and Clubs to be able to host functions and fundraising events.
- A large covered deck overlooking the Memorial Rec Grounds to watch Football on both fields, as well as Rugby and Cricket on the adjacent fields.
- New associated bathroom facilities to modern standards.
- Football (Soccer)
