The Carlton Football Club facilitates a range of programs that result in enormous benefit to the broader community. However there is much more to be done! Sport provides a unique vehicle to address positive social change in diverse communities so the potential to do more is becoming more and more apparent. The Carlton Football Club aims to strengthen communities through a respect and responsibility agenda. The Club delivers on this agenda through 3 key pillars which connect to the history and heart of the Club: Diversity & Inclusion Carlton respects all of the diverse communities that make up Australia and strives to be a respectful and responsible leader for inclusion and equality. Major programs include:

• Multicultural School Program
• New Blues Program
• Multicultural Community Ambassadors
• Interfaith Cup
• Citizenship Ceremony

All of these programs use Australian football as a vehicle to bring diverse communities together with the overarching goal of creating a more inclusive and vibrant Australia. Health & Wellbeing Carlton works with key community partners to achieve innovative health and wellbeing outcomes by raising awareness and funds for numerous community and charitable organisations. Developing Grassroots Carlton deeply respects its role at a grassroots level and understands its responsibility to give back to the diverse communities that have delivered it so many champions over the years. Our players, coaches and staff undertake much work in our heartland and across Australia, resulting in more than 1,000 hours of community service. Major programs include:

• Blues in Junior Football
• Blues Community Camp
