Football Development Programs

Our football development programs were established to provide our aspiring young footballers in our Academy with the opportunity of achieving their goals – whilst also supporting mental and physical well-being. These programs also provide pathways for players with aspirations to play at a higher level, with progression beyond our community, including participating in international selection-based tournaments.

One of the aims of this project is to raise funds for our academy players to participate in International Tournaments such as IberCup, one of the most recognised Youth Football Competitions in the world. IberCup creates the possibility of different interactions inside and outside the field with fantastic experiences. It provides players with the opportunity to compete with a high level of organisation and expose themselves to an extensive network of services in the football environment.

International selection-based tournaments provide:

• Training sessions in top clubs around the world
• Playing against the best overseas teams
• Opportunity to play in the presence of European scouts
