DNDBC Development Project

DNDBC Development Project

The first stage of this project, commencing in July 2015, involves the redevelopment of 2 grass greens and extending them to 40m x 40m playing surfaces, installation of a synthetic green (40m x 40m) with lighting, installation of an automatic watering system to 4 greens and an upgrading of infrastructure (shades, seats and paving) for the 3 new greens.

This first stage also includes an upgrade of the mens change rooms, construction of a new all access toilet facility, rewiring of the building and the replacement of the roof tiles.

The second stage of this project includes the replacement of the existing hedge that borders A, B & D greens with an aluminium fence that will be installed on a limestone block base.

The second stage of the project also includes plans for the addition of verandahs to the western and southern aspects of the building, an upgrade of kitchen facilities, upgrade of internal furnishings and facilities including IT.
