Dominic (Dom) has been invited to participate in the Barça Academy Clinic ’25 to be held in Barcelona, Spain in March 2025.

Dom has been a passionate and hard-working football (soccer) player since he was 3, starting out in kids classes before joining community soccer when he was 5. Dom has been playing in the Northern NSW Football Junior Development League (JDL) since 2020. Next season he will be in the Under 12s with Lake Macquarie City Football Club.

During the last school holidays Dom participated in a weeklong Barça Academy Camp held in Newcastle.

Throughout the Barça Academy Camps, Barça Academy coaches were selecting the players that will have the opportunity to go to Barcelona and train in Barça Facilities, like professional players. They were using two criteria for this selection: football skills and FC Barcelona Values.

Dom was so impressive in terms of football abilities and behaviour that he has been selected from hundreds of players in Australia to participate in the Barça Academy Clinic '25, which will be held in Barcelona, between March 22nd and March 31st of 2025. 

This experience will not only give Dom the opportunity to learn from the best coaches in Barcelona but also discover the beautiful city and culture of Barcelona.
