My name is Dusty Schroder and I recently represented Australia at the 2024 BMX World Championships in Rock Hill, USA. I finished 4th in the 12 Girls Cruiser class in a field of 38 riders. I missed out on reaching the quarter finals in the 12 Girls 20 inch class. I finished 26 out of 70 girls.
The expenses involved to keep competing at this level is an added pressure on my mum to continually pay for nominations, coaching, fuel, accommodation, and flights as my competitions are in Australia and worldwide.
I am currently training for the Queensland BMX Championships in September 2024 and the Australian BMX Championships in October 2024. A top 8 finish in the Australian BMX Championship will qualify me for the 2025 BMX World Championship in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Financial assistance is a greatly needed for my BMX journey and success to continue. If you wish to be part of this journey, I will be grateful if you could help me make this a reality.
