Hi! I’m Emily Cairns - an adaptive CrossFit athlete, personal trainer, and dance teacher/performer based in Perth, WA. I live with Erb’s Palsy and have spent years training, competing, and advocating for inclusion in sport. In 2025, I’ve qualified to represent Australia at the Adaptive CrossFit Games in Las Vegas - and I need your help to get there!

This international event is a chance to showcase the strength, skill, and resilience of people living with disabilities - and to raise the profile of inclusive sport on a global stage.

My journey to Vegas involves months of focused training, plus major travel and competition expenses: flights, accommodation, equipment, coaching, and event fees. As a personal trainer and part-time dance teacher, I pour my heart into my work and my sport, but covering the costs of international travel and events while training at this level can be tough.

I’m passionate about showing what’s possible when people with disabilities are represented in elite spaces - and I hope to inspire others to chase goals that once felt out of reach.
