I started lifting with my mum only just this year as a way for us to both get healthy and strong together.
I found that it wasn't just fun and healthy for body and mind, I found I had a natural strength.
My enjoyment & strength, combined with an incredible coach got me to my first comp, the state championships this May where I made 4 CAPO Australian records & 1 unofficial world record.
Now I am off to the CAPO National Championships in Adelaide this August with only a couple months notice. I'm hoping to smash my records and make some official world records.
