UTMB Mont-Blanc YCC is the youth event of the world's most iconic trail running series. Scheduled for August 2026, this unique competition features two races in two days - the first in Courmayeur, Italy, and the second in Chamonix, France, beneath the flanks of Mont-Blanc where athletes compete in reverse order of their times from Day 1.

Fergus, 16, has grown up on the spectacular yet demanding trails of the Blue Mountains in NSW. This landscape has shaped his love for nature and his passion for trail running, where he thrives on the rugged terrain. With six years of competitive experience under his belt, he is a regular on the podium and currently ranks 5th in Australia for his age group (UTMB Index).

Fergus is keen to challenge himself against the world’s best young trail runners on the global stage. Unfortunately, though, financing international competition is significant - your support can help cover travel and accommodation expenses, ensuring he can participate.
