Sam Fowler (Juniors), Kevin Buhler (Senior B), Lorrae Fitzgerald, Wendy Orman, Liz Harrison and Ken Fitzgerald (Senior C) have been selected to represent Australia in August at the World Championships in Thailand.

They are very proud to be representing their Clubs, Australia and the North Coast of NSW against the best in the world.

Training is on in earnest with the athletes training six times a week to prepare for the racing in August.

As Dragon Boating is an amateur sport the cost to qualify, train, equipment, uniforms, fares and fees is substantial. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated and help to meet some of the costs incurred to represent Australia.

This would make it easier for us and also lay down a pathway for other paddlers who may like to represent in the future.
