I’m Harry Laidlaw, a World Cup skier on a mission to represent Australia at the Winter Olympics. I was the first Australian to ever qualify for World Cup Giant Slalom, the first to stand on a Europa Cup GS podium, and reached a career-high world ranking of 31—the best GS ranking ever achieved by an Australian skier.

But my journey hasn’t been straightforward. The last few years have tested me with major injuries and setbacks. Still, I’ve refused to give up. I’m now coming back stronger, rebuilding with purpose and resilience, and aiming to compete at the highest level once again.

This campaign is to help fund my return to the World Cup circuit and my Olympic push. Without the backing that many top ski nations receive, I rely heavily on personal support to cover the costs of coaching, travel, equipment, training camps, and rehab.
