About

The Henley Football Club is a Community club that offers an opportunity for people from all ages to participate in Australian Rules Football. We have three senior teams and an U/18 Team that play in the South Australian Amateur Football League's competitions. We also have 9 Junior Boy's Teams that play in competitions organised by the South Australian National Football League. In 2017 we are entering three girls teams in the SANFL Girls competition as well. The Club also has an Over 35 Team that competes in the League. In 2016 we formed a Team for Socially Challenged Men who will continue to play in the C7 Competition run by the South Australian Amateur Football. The Club has a group of Elderly men who regularly use the Gym and Clubrooms for fitness sessions and social activities three mornings a week. In 2017 we intend to allow a Women's Fitness Group to establish a regular program 3-4 days a week using the Gym and Clubrooms area. This area is also regularly used by the Local Schools for special lessons and activities. Through our building program we intend to refurbish our outdated Clubrooms and open them up through the use of 'Stacker Doors' onto a paved outdoor area with an extended new veranda that can be fully enclosed for Club Presentations and Social Functions.
