The Central Coast Academy of Sport Ltd is a not-for-profit organisation aimed at supporting athletes, coaches, administrators and aligned sports stakeholders with the delivery of high performance training programs on the Central Coast of NSW.

Programs offered include: AFL, athletics, basketball, golf, hockey, netball, surfing, swimming, touch football, tenpin bowling and rugby sevens. These programs provides approx. 250+ athletes with access to localised high level sports development.

The CCAS has been in operation since 2004, and in that time has helped to produce Olympians, Commonwealth Games athletes, Australian Representatives and State Representatives across a wide selection of sports.

The CCAS is one of the regions most valuable community assets and has made a significant difference to sport within the region. Our ASF project is focused on providing athletes with the necessary environment and resources to achieve their sporting goals, this includes providing:

• quality coaching,
• access to sports science, specialised equipment and resources,
• access to exercise and sports science,
• competition opportunities,
• specialist education provision in areas such as; media training, performance planning (goal setting), strength and conditioning, social media training, nutrition and drug education

to name but a few.
