The Hilton Park Bowling and Recreation Club is installing a synthetic turf to maximise the use of the facility. The cost of this project is approximately $300 000. The club has been successful in accessing 1/3 of the funding required through the State Government Community Sport and Recreation Facility Fund, with another 1/3 funding expected to be provided by the City of Fremantle. The club intends to fundraise to secure the remaining 1/3 funding required to complete the project.
