Hi! My name is Hunter Kremmer, I am a 15-year-old, I have been given the amazing opportunity with AUSA Hoops Basketball in July 2025 to represent Australia in an upcoming Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) college recruitment tournament in America. Players have been selected from all over Australia, and I will be one of the few Tasmanian’s joining the Victorian members going on tour. In addition to AUSA, I have been a proud member of some other wonderful basketball communities who have helped me get to this point, and who help me get better every day; namely Bouncers Basketball Club - Townsville, Swisherr Hoops Academy and the Glenorchy Basketball Association in Hobart.

I’m thrilled to go on this tour, while college remains a couple of years away I believe, I will gain a tremendous amount of professional development and experience. This tour will see if I have what it takes to play at college level basketball in the future. The tour presents an opportunity for me as a developing athlete, to focus on my own development and goals in basketball, but also hoping to help the development of other aspiring Tasmanian athletes coming through the AUSA Hoops program in the future. I believe my story can and will benefit and inspire others.
