Hi,

I'm name is Hunter (but most people call me Pinky on the Hockey Field) and I am 13 years old.

I started playing hockey in 2021 for Doncaster Hockey Club in Melbourne after lots of lockdowns. Last year my Mum and I moved to Albury Wodonga and this is when I found my passion for hockey. I umpire and play locally for Wombats Hockey Club in both Under 14's and the Division 2 Mens Team, and made the local representative team for the last two years in a row. This year I trialed for the ACT State team with my best friend Max, and we both made the team Woohoo! But that means we now have to travel a lot to Canberra and back for training.

My favourite position on the field is inner and at the moment I am trying to learn how to drag flick (although I find the leg movement pretty tricky).

When I grow up I want to be as skilled as Blake Govers, or have my own YouTube channel like Jeroen Hertzberger.
