In 2021, India travelled to Toowoomba to try out for the Schools Nationals Trials where she was selected to join the South West Highlanders Futsal Team. It was a tough competition where she didn’t know any of her team mates or what the rules of Futsal were. This is where her love of the sport started. 

As part of the Highlanders Club Indi also was selected to represent South West in the Regional and National Titles. During these competitions Indi also joined The South West Hurricanes Futsal team competing in the Brisbane Competition.

In 2022 Indi joined the South West Highlanders Acadamy, travelling countless hours to Toowoomba each week to gain more Futsal skills. This paid off when she was selected to represent QLD in Fiji in July this year. It was an amazing experience for her learning the Fijian Culture and coming home with the Viti Championship Trophy.

September just gone, Indi competed with her South West Team for her 2nd School National Titles where they were undefeated right up to the Grand finals. Unfortunately they came away as runners up with a 3-2 defeat. 

From this Indi has now been selected by the International Selection Panel to travel to play in Brazil in 2023.
