Our club is home to some inspirational young people who spend their spare time training hard to achieve their goal of qualifying to attend the annual Australian Swimming Championships. Up before 5am, home after 7pm and then having to hit the books for study is a workload superior to that of many adults! It's testimony to the values of these young people - they love their sport, the friends they do it with, they work hard and they thrive among their team mates. But it's difficult to sustain without support.

For many of our swimmers, their annual goal is to make the qualifying times required to attend the very competitive pinnacle annual event - which in 2023 is the Australian Swimming Championships to be held at the Gold Coast in April. Attendance is expensive, involving a weeks' accommodation fees for many. And did you know that swim racing suits used at this level can cost up to $800?!

We would love your support to help us fund our swimmers' National Team uniforms. It would be fantastic to celebrate their achievement and show them our support by kitting them out with a shirt, shorts, jumper, tracksuit pants and special swim cap each. Any residual funds would be used to supplement travel costs and ensure those who have worked hard to reach their goal can attend.

We are a newly established club and it will take time for us to build our funding base. In the meantime, know that we would genuinely appreciate any support the community can give. In return, know that we are also here for the community, ready to support any current or aspiring swimmers - of any ability - develop their bodies, minds and dreams (and have plenty of fun along the way).
