Australian Female Racer

15 y/o Joanne Ciconte began racing at the age of 9. She is the 2023 Australian Ladies karting Champion Pink Plate winner including an array of podium wins at state level championships in the highly competitive KA3 Junior Light division. In 2025/26 Joanne sets her goals to the international stage as she begins her critically important move into Formula Four (4). Ultimately Joanne aspires to become Australian's first Female Formula 1 driver and one of Australia's most significant Motorsport figures. As a Senior Formula 4 finalist of the FIA Girls on Track Rising stars program, Joanne made selection for the final round of competing in Formula 4 at the famous Ferrari Fiorano Maranello track in Italy. In January 2024 Joanne competed in her first official F4 race at the Shannon's Aust Formula Open series placing 2nd in her debut race and has since finished 7th in the FIA Australian F4 championship Rd1. To reach her goals and make selection for the 2025 F1 Academy, Joanne and her team will need to gain financial support from partners that are motivated to see a young talented girl racer reach her ultimate dream.
