<h1>From Darwin to the World Stage – And Now, the Olympic Dream</h1>In Grade 6, I wrote one thing in my yearbook: “I want to be a professional squash player.”Not a doctor. Not a teacher. Just squash. Everyone laughed a little—but I meant it.Growing up in Darwin, we didn’t have a lot of squash infrastructure. At one point, the only courts we had were torn down, and for nearly two years, our local squash community had nowhere to play. But I kept chasing the dream. I trained wherever I could. With the support of my family and community, I made the Australian Junior Team and represented our country at the World Championships in Poland. That experience changed my life—and set me on a path I’m still running today.Now, I’m proud to be the #1 ranked squash player in Australia and sitting at #84 in the world. My next goal? Represent Australia at the LA 2028 Olympic Games—and bring home a medal.<hr></hr><h1>Why Now Matters</h1>With squash officially included in the LA 2028 Olympic Games for the first time ever, we have a once-in-a-generation opportunity. But to qualify and be competitive on the world stage, I need to keep climbing the global rankings over the next three years.That means a relentless international schedule—training, travelling, and competing against the best.
