Visit websiteThe purpose of the scholarship is to fund up to four junior Indigenous Australians their fees to travel to Perth from Karratha in Jan/Feb to participate in the 2024 BWA Country Championships.
The scholarship registration process was used to uncover those juniors who would not normally have been able to attend the Championships due to financial restraints.
The overall recipient/s of the scholarship not only has to prove they are financially unable to pay for the costs associated with (be the holder of a government Health Care Card), but also make the final team of 8 that would travel to Perth to play in the tournament.
