I am super excited to make history at the 59th annual Head of the Charles Regatta!
Corne de Koning (NED) and I will be the first international Paralympic and World Champion PR2 combination to tackle the three-mile race upstream on a river full of bends and bridges that we promise will keep you cheering for us from start to finish. The Charles is one of the most prestigious rowing events in the United States.
I am seeking support to hit a target of $5,000 to go towards flights, insurance and race fees to get to the event in Boston, USA and support the Para Rowing Foundation. The Head Of The Charles Regatta attracts hundreds of thousands of rowers to the banks of the Charles river every year. The course starts at the Boston University Boathouse and runs approximately three miles upstream, past the Harvard University campus.
