The Keep Dancing Foundation was founded when a young dancer in Melbourne, who had suffered a violent physical assault, was supported to access her dance classes. That dancer described how the dance studio was her safe space, that the dance community were like her second family and that dancing was her way to express her trauma and emotions safely. The Keep Dancing Foundation now seeks to support other young performers who are experiencing disadvantage to be able to continue to access the dance studio, maintain their sense of identity and belonging and promote their physical health and mental well-being despite their hardships.
We are seeking your support and through the Foundation's fundraising partnership with the Australian Sports Foundation, donations of $2 or more are tax deductible. So please show your support by donating today!
