Kim Miller is swimming the English Channel to end human trafficking. The window of the swim is July 26-Aug 2, 2024.

Kim works for Blue Dragon Children’s Foundation. Blue Dragon is an Australian anti-human trafficking charity based in Vietnam.

On July 24, 2022, Kim swam a 20km open water event in Queensland (Australia) to raise money for Blue Dragon to rescue victims of human trafficking and to raise awareness about Blue Dragon’s mission and strategy to end human trafficking. That event raised $20,568.00.

Kim’s next dream is to swim the English Channel for Blue Dragon, raising money and awareness with every stroke along the way.

Funds raised on this platform will support Kim's preparation and training to swim the English Channel in 2024, as well as the costs of the English Channel swim. This includes 18 months of swimming training, coaching, physiotherapy and strength training, two ultra-marathon swim training events, two cold water camps and an English Channel qualifying event, and the English Channel swim itself, including transport, accommodation, boat/skipper hire and a support person.
