Hi my name is Lachlan Arghyros, I am 14 years old and live in the coastal Northern Rivers town of Kingscliff NSW.

Last year, I competed and worked hard to finish 2023 ranked no. 1 in Australia on the Surfing Australia rankings for U16 Boys which enabled me to be chosen to represent Team Australia at the ISA World Junior Surfing Championships that will be held in El Salvador on the 3rd May to the 13th May this year. I feel so honoured to have been given this incredible opportunity.

Over the past year I have been so blessed to have parents who have supported me through many lead up events here and around Australia but without any further funding, I am still short of the amount needed to make this dream a reality. That's why I am reaching out to my friends, family and the broader community to ask for your support to help me reach my goal to represent Australia in El Salvador. For which I am very thankful.
