The Clontarf Academies are seeking to improve the education of indigenous youth and use rugby league as a driving motivator. Many of the participants in the program come from less privileged environments. LCA is seeking to provide a piece of safety equipment that would otherwise not be afforded or worn by these young rugby league players.
