I, Leasha Morrison, have been selected to represent Team Australia at this year's upcoming

• World Combat Games, October, Riyadh - Saudi Arabia
• WAKO World Championships, November, Albufeira - Portugal

In November 2022, I successfully won the Oceania Championships held at the AIS, Canberra, securing my place on the National Team. I am also the current state and national champion with various international titles including; ISKA World Champion, European Champion, Dutch Open Champion, CIMAC World Cup Grand Champion, British Champion plus more.

With the events only a few months away, and them being self-funded I am asking for sponsorship that will

• support my training journey, nutrition, sparring equipment, training fees, medicals etc
• cover the costs of the national training camp held in Slovenia prior to the tournament, international travel, accommodation etc
• cover the costs of the tournament's, entry fees international travel, accommodation, national team tracksuit/fight suit etc.

I would appreciate any sponsorship provided. I am more than happy to promote any business' across my social media pages and display logos on the National Team Kit, which will be exposed to thousands of competitors and spectators in return for your support.

UPDATE:

I am back from Saudi Arabia with a BRONZE medal! I won my quarter final against my South African opponent and went on through to the semi's. It was a very close fight, from start to finish against the Canadian. Unfortunately I was not successful and lost out by 2 points. However, I am very happy with my performance on the mats and of course coming away with 3rd place is a fantastic achievement. I am determined for the Gold at the World Championships. However Portugal is only 10 days away. Although I am registered, I have not secured my spot on the team. This event will cost me 3500$ + flights (around 2500$) time is limited and I am desperate to secure sponsorship as I do not want to miss out on this opportunity of a lifetime.
